At Phoenix Surveyors, we recognise the importance of your property survey during the process of buying your new home. For some, this is their first home, for others, they are moving to allow for their growing family or change of needs or even those looking to downsize. Whatever your circumstances, we are here to take some of the worry out of your new property purchase by carrying out an inspection on your behalf.

We understand how stressful the process of buying a house can be and we are happy to help point you in the right direction, whatever your query may be. Often our clients are first time buyers and not sure of the process but we are happy to talk you through from beginning to end.

If you have any particular concerns regarding your property, please let us know in advance so that we can pay particular attentions to these areas. You will also receive a call from the Surveyor on the day of the inspection to give you a quick overview of the property and any concerns found. Your bespoke report will usually follow within 1-2 working days by email, although hard copies can be provided by post upon request.

Unlike many other companies, our surveyors will only undertake to carry out one survey per day, ensuring that there is plenty of time at the property to fully inspect both inside and outside, working to meet the high standards of the RICS. We will ensure that the type of survey undertaken meets both your needs and fits the property to be inspected.
